The XIII Gregorian Days, promoted by the Archaeological and Landscape Park of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, will take place from 29 November to 1 December 2019 in Agrigento, at Casa Sanfilippo.

The Conference, entitled: … Animum pictura pascit … Living with paintings in the ancient Mediterranean, will focus on the following themes

– domestic architecture and painting: space, function and meaning
-luxuria private and self-representation
-Imagérie and decorative systems of the domus
-fragmentary painting: experiences compared
